Roles and Responsibilities
 Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
 Replying to emails that have been received on the office mail Id.
 Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.
 Data management of all call records/leads received through social media channels and
closing of each lead satisfactorily with an aim to convert it into a confirmed customer.
Desired Skill Set
 Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and, Hindi or Tamil, Telugu,
Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali.
 Convincing and selling skills.
 Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.
 Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
