Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy files.
Prepare and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle documentation for internal and external communication.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and relay information.
Respond to emails, queries, and requests in a timely manner.
Maintain effective communication channels within the organization.
Provide administrative support to other team members and departments as needed.
Manage office supplies and ensure necessary resources are available.
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events.
Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Implement quality control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and address operational issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
