Maintaining Client Computers, Domain User Accounts and Local User Accounts.
Troubleshoot and Maintain Network Printer.
Maintain Patch Updates Manually.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems using Ping.
Monitoring of virus and malware issues.
Providing technical support on Microsoft Platform (Microsoft Windows 10, 8, 7 and Windows XP).
Monitor system for equipment failure, errors in performance and hardware failure.
Installing and configuring operating systems(Windows10,8,7,xp)
Installing and supporting new hardware and software infrastructure.
Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password.
Repair and maintenance of Desktop PC’s.
Constant monitoring of critical power-related on-site equipment like UPS.
Providing printer Connectivity to the users.
Coordinating with Telecom providers to troubleshoot network related issues like congestion, monitoring CIR etc.

Microsoft Office knowledge in Office 2007, 2010 & 2013.
