1. Installation and support for IT hardware and software.
2. Operating system software installation, reinstallation, formatting of
desktop computers, laptops/notebooks etc.
3. Installation, Configuration, Testing, Maintenance of IT Hardware
/equipment, components and peripherals.
4. Operating system, installation, Antivirus installation, Microsoft
office installation, installation of all required software for running of
desktop computer systems and notebooks/laptops.
5. Provide support for maintenance, repairing, servicing of IT
hardware equipment, components, spares and peripherals.
6. Maintain files and documentation of IT Services, AMCs /CMCs and
IT activities (requisitions/requirements, issues, problems and
resolutions, etc.).
7. Preventive maintenance of IT hardware.
8. Desktop computer operating system upgrades and updates.
9. Coordination with IT services providers.
10. Submit MIS of calls attended, resolved and pending.
11. Onsite, remote and telephonic support to be provided to IIP Head
office puneSystem Software, Application Software.
13. IIP Website Up-dation.
14. Video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
15. Creation of Email Ids, Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration and
troubleshooting.
16. Printer installation and troubleshooting.
17. Network sharing, Network Printing and Scanning on Digital Copier.
18. Creation of domain users, login and providing access to network
hardware and software resources (file and folder sharing).
19. LAN/network connections/setup and troubleshooting.
& all Regional Centers.
