Job Position - INTERN HR Recruiter (Female)
Location - Kolhapur
The vacancy is for Internship program. This post is for a Female Candidate, to LEARN and EARN with Recruitment & Placement Agency. The Candidate should be a FRESHER, interested to work in the placement and recruitment sector. The selected person will have to co-ordinate with the HR Manager and HR Recruiters to generate vacancies and assisting in placement of candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
• Completing timely reports on recruitment activity
Qualifications and Skills
• Computer literacy –this position requires a strong familiarity with social networking sites and job applicant systems, use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to reach potential applicants
• Organizational skills –scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
• Time management –from answering phone calls and emails to greeting interviewees, multiple tasks management skills. Effective time management helps operations run smoothly and on time
