Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.
Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with organizational objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a strong cultural fit and alignment with job requirements.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Employer Branding:
Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Utilize various channels to showcase the company culture and values.
Sourcing Strategies:
Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Provide guidance on best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and report on the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other vendors.

Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience 1 - 2 Years
Salary 1 Lac To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
