Should have experience in End to End Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, hiring for Non-IT roles
You\'ll be responsible for planning, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, pitching, coordination, and negotiation.
Proactively source candidates through a combination of channels including job portals, headhunting, referrals, social media, etc.
Experience in MS-Excel is a Must.
Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
