Job Position -Accountant cum Receptionist (Female)
Location - Kolhapur
The position if for a female candidate with good communication skills. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including accounting, greeting guests and answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
Responsibilities and Duties
Accounting and Billing Activities
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Technical skills like computer handling (MS Word, MS Excel)
Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc)
Any Post Graduate (MBA, MA, MCom)
Relevant Experience for 6 months
