Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist sales representatives with order processing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication between sales team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events related to sales activities.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in the CRM system.
Prepare and organize sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation.
Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability for sales.
Order Processing:
Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to coordinate product deliveries.
Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the sales and product development teams.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market trends.
Assist in analyzing competitors and market conditions to support sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
