Roles and Responsibilities
Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
Replying to emails that have been received on the office mail Id.
Follow up of all leads received, ensuring entry of each lead in CRM.
Data management of all call records/leads received through social media channels and
closing of each lead satisfactorily with an aim to convert it into a confirmed customer.
Desired Skill Set
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and, Hindi or Tamil, Telugu,
Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, or Bengali.
Convincing and selling skills.
Self-Motivated person with a zest to do result-oriented work.
Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
